Description
As a user I want to have an onboarding process so that I can get informed of the features of the prototype
- An onboarding process is started the first time the users access the website.
- Once the user has gone through the onboarding process a cookie is set so that the onboarding doesn't show again.
- The onborading has 4 steps and it changes depending on the algorithm implemented
