CUDA Python 13.0.1 on CUDA 13.0 Update 1 if have problem with python -c "from cuda import cuda; print(cuda.cuInit(0))"

Hi,

when install directly form nvidia repo CUDA-Python 13.0.1 on Cuda 13.0 Update 1 simple python script fails

python -c "from cuda import cuda; print(cuda.cuInit(0))"
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "", line 1, in
ImportError: cannot import name 'cuda' from 'cuda' (unknown location)

i find this error when compile flashinfer-python

in this moment only solution is return to cuda-python==12.9.2

or update python call to:

python -c "from cuda.bindings import driver; print(driver.cuInit(0))"
(<CUresult.CUDA_SUCCESS: 0>,)

@DrStone71 as shown in FutureWarning from the success script: doing from cuda import cuda was deprecated in 12.9 and was removed in 13.0. You should use from cuda.bindings import driver as cuda instead if you wish to continue using cuda as the module name.

Please see #75 or the warning message. We have dropped the support for old layout (ex: from cuda import cuda) starting 13.0.0.

Strange ! i retest environment for search why when compile i have this old and fix problem.
