This adds a new panel which lists all currently known contracts (built-in contracts + .nef files in workspace + contracts reported as deployed to the currently connected Neo Express instance). You can click on any contract to show some basic information about that contract (and see a copiable contract hash).
This meets the requirements of #37, so Closes #37 but I am open to suggestions for other functionality that can be provided in the new views.
