Add KDocs for distinct/distinctBy #817

Related to #811
The distinct and distinctBy operations should be easy to document. They involve just the selection of columns (of which we have a template). However, just from seeing the function it's hard for me to know what the difference is between "distinct" and "distinctBy", so KDocs could really help with this.
A DSL grammar would probably not be necessary.
