As discussed in #290, it is nice to have some information in the documentation about the maximum buffer size required for
utf8proc_decompose_char. However, this can only be a hint, since it may increase in future Unicode versions.Added a documentation hint and a check to ensure that the hint remains accurate as we update utf8proc.
