We noticed in jump-dev/CSDP.jl#56 that
dlclose()'ing OpenBLAS32 might cause segfault. It might be better to be safe by default and allow the user to switch toisolate = falsein case he knows it is safe and want it to be faster.it is also more consistent with the default to
trueforwrite_deps_file.
