Sorry for late reply.

Simply put, DRM is a complex, proprietary encryption, and so far the community still doesn't have an effective decryption solution. Therefore, implementing their playback in PipePipe or any third-party clients is almost impossible. The reason Chrome can play it is because you are playing on YouTube Web, and YouTube itself knows how to decode its own DRM.
