Prevents tabbing through both elements, e.g. on iOS devices with tabbing enabled for all elements through accessibility settings.

Currently, in iOS Safari, the native
<select>is selected when you tap the Select target, but cannot be tabbed to. This patch changes that by reducing the native<select>to a size-zero element rather than applyingdisplay: none.
