[Feature] Add support for .net 7.0 #3169
Description
The reason to add .net 7.0 is that it will soon be released, and we want as a policy to keep support for the latest LTS (long-term support) and current version (short-term support). If the current version is also a LTS we will support the latest LTS and the previous LTS
