additionalParametersin token response has been replaced withauthorizeAdditionalParametersandtokenAdditionalParameters.authorizeAdditionalParameters- the additional params that were returned from the/authorizerequesttokenAdditionalParameters- the additional params that were returned from the/tokenrequest
