GETH v1.11.0 broke truffle CI #5901
Description
GETH v1.11.0 broke truffle CI. We should probably investigate. While working on #5900, I noticed our setup script didn't have a single source of truth, and was juggling "stable (v1.11.0)" and v1.10.26 for pulling and running tests. There may be some incompatibility issue here, and the cause of our issue, but I don't have time to investigate right now.
