1. Can we change the doc title to "Migrate billing from pay-as-you-go (PAYG) to a committed spend contract in a cloud marketplace"
2. A link on "steps" is missing on the line "Next follow these steps to configure your ClickHouse organization to the new AWS committed spend contract you accepted."
