When expand: true and toggleArrows: true, they toggle on and off

When expand: true and toggleArrows: true, the navigation arrows keep "twitching" on and off every time I resize the window (without my mouse inside that div). I have not found a way to disable them completely unless my mouse is over that div. Thanks!

Thank you for the quick response. To bypass this issue for now I'm doing this:

$('.anythingSlider').mouseenter(function() {
$(".arrow").css('display', 'block');
}).mouseleave(function(){
$(".arrow").css('display', 'none');
});

I don't know if this is the best way to handle it but it works (other than the animation out). If you have any other suggestions until the next update please let me know! Thanks!
