Originally, we had a variable for this but didn't do anything with it; now we have the variable and actually check it within all the places it needs to be checked.

Optionally, you could pass owner as an argument to the SWEP's CheckWater method but I think it is a bit cleaner to get the owner the same way ShootBulletInformation and other functions do it.

Also, sound was taken from the game base here; that might need an argument too.
