MPPNPy are validation python scripts that read and plot NuGrid MPPNP with observational and presolar grains data.
_psg.py for Pre-Solar Grains data the isoptopic ratios need to be chosen with the location of the MPPNP surf.h5 output data. It is also set up for plotting Zirconium Pre-Solar Grain data.
_jacq.py combines both _psg.py and _obs.py python scripts and gives the addition other plots but with out the validation data. It is also set up for plotting Barium Pre-Solar Grain data.
_Si.py for Silicon Pre-Solar Grains data the isoptopic ratios need to be chosen with the location of the MPPNP surf.h5 output data, with FRUITY and Monash (Karakas et al. 2016) models.
_Mo.py for Pre-Solar Grains data the isoptopic ratios need to be chosen with the location of the MPPNP surf.h5 output data. It is also set up for plotting Molybdenum Pre-Solar Grain data.
_lowz.py for plotting type Y and Z Pre-Solar Grains data the isoptopic ratios need to be chosen with the location of the MPPNP surf.h5 output data, for use with low metallicity models.
_Sr.py for Pre-Solar Grains data the isoptopic ratios need to be chosen with the location of the MPPNP surf.h5 output data. It is also set up for plotting Strontium Pre-Solar Grain data.
_sig.py for Pre-Solar Grains data the isoptopic ratios need to be chosen with the location of the MPPNP surf.h5 output data. It is also set up for comparing Molybdenum and Zirconium Pre-Solar Grain data.
_obs.py for Observational data the location of the MPPNP surf.h5 output data. It is also set up for ploting [hs/M], [hs/ls], [ls/M], [Rb/M], [s/M], [M/H] observational data.
_Ge.py for plotting [Ge/M] against [s/Fe] for side project (Massive star models required so passed to Umberto).
_log_kip.py for plotting kippenhahn graphs from MESA star.log files.
_ppn.py for plotting ppn x_time.dat file data.
_snuc_HeCO.py for plotting C13-pockets and temperature.
_snuc_sub.py for plotting 4 subplots of C13-pockets and temperature.
_abu.py for plotting elemental abundances from MPPNP output files.
_AGB.py for plotting thermal pulse measurements for MPPNP out.h5 files and for plotting PG1159 observablbe data with final thermal pulse measurementsfrom MPPNP out.h5.
