Description
Candidate for v0.3.3-beta3. The change is based on #701, but the change in
ReadBorReceiptRLPis reverted, because it failed the integration test. Since other optimizations in this PR can already reduce the frequency of calls toReadBorReceiptby an order of magnitude, I think it is okay to leave the optimization ofReadBorReceiptRLPfor the future.Changes
