Prepend "react/" to rule options documentation code

Using "jsx-pascal-case": ... leads to

1:1  error  Definition for rule 'jsx-pascal-case' was not found  jsx-pascal-case

We need "react/jsx-pascal-case": ... as shown in the Readme
