Support plugins for next swc

It would be really nice if the behaviour of next swc could be customized through plugins both in javascript and rust. This has endless possibilities for doing amazing things.

This is for the official swc not the customized version of it that next.js uses. A have seen this tweet before. If you didn't know swc is a separate project and the next compiler is based on it.

This is not exposed or supported in next.js

vercel merged #36790 and released it as npm canary version 12.1.7-canary.27

here is an example how you can now use experimental swc wasm plugins:

beside some minor bugs (#37409) it works very well so far 👍

If I have a plugin like: https://www.npmjs.com/package/jest_workaround - how do I use this in Nextjs?
In my next.config.mjs file 🤔 I have tried:

I see that I have a folder structure in my next.js project like: .swc/plugins/v3 is the plugins supposed to be added here?

I have tried installing the jest_workaround plugin just as a normal npm package going in the node_modules folder as usual.
