[amd] rerun 96 tput builds and tests on LUMI worker node (small-g 72h) - now they all succeed! gqttq crash madgraph5#806 has disappeared

(Note: performance on HIP do not seem to be significantly degraded with -O2 with respect to -O3, eg on ggttgg)
