While working on #5643, I noticed some outdated links there.
Now I went through the whole Nimbus Guide and updated all links* that were either broken (minority) or were getting redirected to new URLs (vast majority).
*links in
eth1.mdwere not fixed here, since I expect the other PR to be merged, and I didn't want to introduce potential merge conflicts.
