Simplify the with method

I think that we could keep the layout as a field in a bind group, since we know it during the bind group creation.
I suggest that we do so simplify the pipeline's with method to just one argument.

computePipeline
  .with(computeBindGroups[odd ? 1 : 0])
  .dispatchWorkgroups(p.fishAmount / p.workGroupSize);
