cannot connect to chrome

Hi,
I’m using SeleniumBase version 4.39.5, Chrome 138.0.7204.50, and UC Mode (uc=True). Recently I started getting errors like: session not created: cannot connect to chrome at 127.0.0.1:61713 on Windows 10, 11.

Even after setting binary_location or using driver_version="mlatest", it fails to connect. I suspect it’s downloading or selecting a driver mismatched for Chrome 138, or misidentifying the browser binary.
Any guidance or suggestions?
Could you advise how to force SB to use the correct Chrome binary and driver combo?

I haven't seen any such issue, and I tested on Chrome 138 with both UC Mode and CDP Mode.
And there haven't been any recent updates to SeleniumBase either (at least not in the last 10 days).
