Subject: [PATCH] rustdoc: Fixed an asynchronous loading of rustdoc sidebars.

We require the *deferred* loading, not just an opportunistic
asynchronous loading. I think `<script defer>` is safe to use,
according to <http://caniuse.com/#feat=script-defer>.
