I think we can leave out the psa dependency from the package.json file. Spago, psa, and the compiler are all provided in CI via setup-purescript, so we should update it there instead.

We don’t use the package.json file to install a PureScript tool chain in CI (unlike core libraries) and many libraries don’t even have one. Updating it in the CI.yml file will work across all repositories though.
