Feature Request/Enhancement: Go to Definition functionality.

Time and again I keep wishing for this functionality while working on VSCode.
Interestingly enough this is available right out of the box for the puppet plugin for IntelliJ, which happens to be the only reason I keeping using both these tools in tandem.
It'd be absolutely fitting that this functionality is also available in VSCode...so that we can stay focused with working on one tool.
