Update hackney. Fix the wait command since the response is different from before. Change the way the stream methods work, now they use hackney async. moved the sys.config to a config dir rather than run.
breaks jsx encoding.

A number of changes/improvements.

Added a wait command with a receiver to get notified of container exits.
Updates
Update hackney to 1.17.
Update the rebar config to match newer versions of rebar.
Moved the sys.config to a config folder rather than run.

Change the way the stream methods work, now they use hackney async (neither the old or the previous really work correctly).
