ageModel plot question for modifiedBChron
Body
Hi Robin, I am using the modifiedBChron package to create an age model for the Karoo Permo-Triassic Boundary.
I tried using the ageModel function for my data, and it worked well the first time (see Rplot1). But, when I tried again after making some adjustments, I get a new age range on the x-axis that I can't edit, so it squashes my graph to one side (see Rplot2). When I just use the ageDepthPlot function, the age range on the x-axis looks fine (see Rplot3). I am not sure what I am doing wrong, and any feedback on what I am doing to cause the problem would be appreciated.
All the best, Pia
