"Licence" spelling on github.com tab when using "LICENCE.md" file (or British English)

Hi team, it's great that the "License" tab picks up the spelling of "LICENCE.md" but it'll be even better if the "License" tab could match the filename. Alternatively, if github.com detects a British English language, it'll just use "Licence" everywhere!
