need help with purchasing

Hello Sir,
I recently tried to use 30 days free trail of github copilot and later use regular monthly subscription, when i entered my billing address i got this error:
Sorry, you can't update your billing information at this time
We are sorry, but after reviewing we have determined that the billing information supplied is ineligible for transactions with GitHub due to government restrictions.
Learn more about GitHub and trade control regulations.

and now its not letting me edit it or or change or do anything else, please remove these details from my account so i can update my billing address and use github copilot subscription.

Sir this is my Legal and only payment method that i use everywhere for purchasing and it has no restrictions, i even tried making another account and purchasing Monthly bundle with another billing information but the same thing happened it gets block or if i try to purchase monthly trial, first I got the trial but the next moment it was written along with it that the trial has ended, now I should purchase the monthly bundle, when I tried purchasing the bundle it also did not happen
