Application Review Request for the GitHub Student Pack

Hi everyone,

Hi,
I submitted an application for the Github Student Developer Pack.it has been approved and coupons applied within 72 hours. But got back to approved in 7 days again and my access to benefits pack has been disabled (including copilot pro). So I again applied with my another verified email (non academic) and provided everything that needed.l but this time my new application status was Revoked and I received an email that says "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your academic affiliation based on the information you submitted on Aug 7, 2025 for @raha-rb. And now I cannot submit a new application and am redirected to the pricing page.
What should I do now?
My very first application is still in approved mode.

Since you've attempted to reapply and your new application was revoked, and you're now unable to submit a fresh one, here's what you can do:

1. Contact GitHub Education Support directly using this form:
   https://support.github.com/contact/education
   → Choose the option "GitHub Education" > "Student Developer Pack".

2. Clearly explain:

   • Your first application was approved and benefits were activated.
   • Access was removed even though the status still shows “approved.”
   • You tried applying again with a different email, but it got revoked.
   • You’re now stuck and cannot reapply.

3. Provide:

   • A screenshot of your original approved status.
   • Any emails you received from GitHub regarding approval or revocation.
   • Your GitHub username(s).

4. If possible, avoid using multiple accounts as it might cause confusion in verification.

A member of the GitHub Education team should be able to manually review and restore your access if everything checks out.

Hey raha-rb ! 👋

I’d recommend checking the full list of benefits in the GitHub Student Developer Pack, not just Copilot Pro. Sometimes only one benefit (like Copilot) has issues, but the rest of the pack (like Namecheap, Canva, MongoDB, etc.) might still be active and working fine.

It could just be a problem with Copilot and not your whole Student Pack access.

If you confirm that multiple benefits are missing, it's a good idea to contact GitHub Education Support directly here:
