Unable to upload student ID image for Student Developer Pack verification

I am a student applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. At the step where I need to upload my student ID image for verification, I am unable to upload the file because the upload button/option does not appear or does not work.

Details:

Browsers tried: (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
Devices tried: (e.g., Windows laptop, Android phone)
What I have tried:
Tried different browsers
Cleared cache and cookies
Used Incognito/Private mode
Disabled browser extensions
Tried on both desktop and mobile
Ensured my image is in JPG/PNG/PDF format and under the size limit
Despite these attempts, I still cannot upload my student ID image.
Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can complete my verification?
