Body
Currently, interactions on the GitHub Copilot chat webpage (copilot.github.com) are included in the total Copilot chat message count.
As this web-based usage serves fundamentally different purposes from IDE-based interactions (e.g. programming assistance in VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, etc.), we request that web chat usage be fully excluded from message quota calculations.
This separation will ensure developers' core productivity value in IDEs remains unaffected by auxiliary web conversations, better reflecting actual programming usage patterns.
