Reapplication Keeps Getting Rejected for Returning Student

Hi everyone,

I am a returning student, I got approved the first time 2 years ago and I got an email saying I had to reapply or else I would lose my access.
I have applied 5 different times now over the weekend and have been denied every time. The spot that it got upset with me about is that, it sees that i am not on campus and to prove why i am not on campus. I submitted the text resoning that I am out of state during the summer, school hasn't started yet, it won't start until a certain date and then I submitted a picture showing my schedual and states the start and end dates of my classes for the semester.
That is all it asks me for. my school email, the location of my University, my location, why I am not on campus, and proof of such. I have given all of that informations.

These are my denial reasons:

I am not remote, I allowed access. I have my VPN off. I only thing is that I am not on campus and I proved why.

I can't wait until I am on campus again because my benifits go away before I even fly back to my state and even, I won't be on campus for another week.
