My Student Developer Pack was approved and got access to my benefits and it was revoked the next day.

Hi everyone,

Just as the title says. Applied it multiple times and finally got accepted but lost access to it the next day itself. When I try to start a new application it redirects me to the pricing page. I had issued a ticket regarding the issue and it gets closed automatically after some time. BTW I do have 2FA enabled and my Billing information is correct as well.

Normally, when an application is revoked it's because there has been a problem with the previously accepted academic documentation.

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

I tried it but it wouldn't allow me to create a ticket that way.I have already created two tickets regarding the issue and they wouldn't reply.

Is it normal that they close the tickets after some time without providing a proper reply @davevad93 ?

@StanfordRowe they should reply before closing a ticket, however, I have noticed that other users have experienced the same thing lately.

The Student Pack might have been revoked due to an issue with your academic documentation, even after initial approval. Auto-closure of support tickets without response seems to be affecting multiple users lately. The best course of action is to keep trying to reach GitHub Education Support, be patient, and ensure your documentation fully meets their requirements. Is it normal
