Since the Educational Use Agreement does not explicitly define what constitutes "educational use", I have some concerns as to whether the following application would fall within that scope:

Scholarship management applications
Institutional financial management
Human resources management or Staff management

“Educational use” usually means things directly related to teaching, learning, or student support. So:

• ✅ Scholarship tools likely count — they support students.
• ⚠️ Financial or HR systems might not qualify — they’re more administrative.
