No access over 72 hours, Student Pack is approved already

Hi everyone,

My GitHub Student Developer Pack application was approved on August 01, 2025, and it has now been over 72 hours, but I still do not see access to the Student Developer Pack offers or Copilot Pro coupon on my account..

Have anyone gone through this issue? I dont know how to contact the Github team for this

Hi @hadleylam0707,

You should have access to your benefits now.

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Hi @davevad93, do you know if the approved status means that the application is complete? or is the in waiting period due to improper documents or not good enough proof? My application is also approved and I'm waiting for the access.

Hey @bdk-333, approved means that the documentation you submitted has been reviewed and approved, but the benefits need time to become available. The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.
