Unable to verify location due to being off campus for internship

Hi everyone,

My application has been denied 3 times even after providing proof of allotment letter for my internship semester approved by my university. It clearly states that I have been allotted the set period for my internship and need to be present in the company's office and not on the campus. Please tell me how else can I verify that i am a student. The only error I am getting is the below

Hi @imshrishk,

The problem is that the application process is automated, so when you select your school, you are required to be on campus or somewhere close to it, even if your documents clearly indicate that you are doing an internship.

To try to solve this, you have two options, either apply when you are close enough to your campus, as long as you are in the same city, within a radius of 5-10 km, or contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue.

I raised a ticket 2 times but on My Tickets section I am not able to see those tickets. I refreshed and waited but to no avail. What to do?
