I am color blind and a coworker just let me know that the changes in the Desktop are color coded, removes are red and adds are green. I can't tell these apart. Could you add an option to use alternate colors for these? Light Blue for one or the other would be a big help.

To change your theme:

1. In the upper-right corner of any GitHub page, click your profile picture, then Settings.
