Blurry Image Capture

Hi everyone,

So I have been trying to get approved but every time I try to capture the academic affiliation letter the picture is blurry even though I have tried from multiple devices.
Also I am on summer break and school resumes on August and I am travelling hence that is another reason my application is getting denied.

I’d recommend asking your school for an official document confirming your student status. Many schools can send this as a PDF by email, so you won’t need to take photos — just upload the file directly. (For a lot of people I know, this was the only method that worked.)

I also wouldn’t use a VPN to change your location — GitHub can detect that easily.
If possible, it might be best to wait until your break is over, so you can be physically near your school and quickly get any documents you need.

Yeah the thing is, it doesn't let me upload a file at all. It just says start capture which opens the webcam.

If you're trying to register using your phone, there's only one option — to take a photo.
But if you go through the registration process on a laptop or computer, you can upload a file instead (see the screenshot):

do you have Student I'd Card . or canyou capture it from your phone and when you filling this from . they track your location then you should be in college

Hey, just to clarify:
He already mentioned that he tried taking photos from multiple devices, but the images were still rejected. In this case, it might be better to request an official PDF document from the university (like a student ID confirmation or enrollment letter) instead of taking photos. Uploading a PDF usually works much better, and it avoids the issue of blurry pictures or location tracking.
