Hi @nouroweiss, I recommend you submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC, it usually solves this problem. If you can try directly with a phone, this user solved it by doing that.: #162877 |

I run into the same problem when applying. I suggest using your student ID card instead of your transcript and updating your profile name to match the one on your student ID card. |

Yes, Same problem happened to me too. Use your student id card, it's official. Capture it in clear light, it should not be blurry. I ran into that issue too. Hope that helps. |

Hi everyone,
I submitted an application for the educational benefits, but got denied almost immediately. I followed the steps in the email such as completing billing information, using two-factor authentication, completing my user profile with my full name, and clearing my cookies. Now, after logging out and logging back in and attempting to resubmit the application by attaching a file of an unofficial transcript, it won't let me submit. It just shows a little error triangle. I have used a different browser as well but it doesn't work.
