Student Developer Pack Application Revoked After Initial Approval - Can't Reapply

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with my GitHub Education Student Developer Pack application and would appreciate some guidance.

Timeline of Events

• Initial Applications: I uploaded my student ID card 1-2 times but got rejected because the university name wasn't clear enough on the card (which is how our official student IDs are designed).
• Successful Application: I finally took a photo of my student ID card with my student profile page from my university's website in the background showing the university name clearly. This application was approved.
• Email Confirmation: I received an email confirmation stating that I would receive the Student Developer Pack within 72 hours.
• Unexpected Revocation: Last Saturday, my application was suddenly revoked with this reason:
  "The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation."

When I try to reapply for the Student Developer Pack, I'm redirected to the pricing page instead of the application form.
Questions

1. Does this redirection to the pricing page mean I'm permanently blocked from applying?
2. Is there a waiting period before I can reapply?
3. How can I resolve this issue when my application was initially approved and then revoked?

Additional Context

• My student ID card format is standard for my university
• I had already provided additional documentation (my profile at university website profile) that clearly showed the university name
• The application was approved before being revoked
• I'm unable to access the application form again

I'm currently experiencing the same issue. My application was previously approved, but it got revoked recently, and GitHub asked me to reverify my academic status. However, every time I try to reapply, I'm redirected to the pricing page, so I can't submit my student ID again.

I’ve contacted GitHub Support three times already, each time attaching my valid student ID, but unfortunately, they closed all three tickets without resolving the issue or responding.

I wanted to ask — did you manage to fix it or hear back from them? I’d really appreciate any insight or tips.
