Why is my github education plan got revoke ? looking for reason but i don't see one

Hello, my name is rendha, i've been started using github education plan for almost 1 month it was no issue at all, the copilot works great, the additional apps/tools works great too, but today it got revoked with no reason.

why is this happening ?, can someone help ?

Maybe you’ve switched to a new school email address (or your university just migrated its mail system). In that case, GitHub Education can’t verify your account anymore.

Action: Head over to Settings → Emails on GitHub, add and confirm your current academic email, and then trigger the Education verification again.

it's redirect me into education benefit page when i click the sign up button

When you land on the “Education benefits” page, look for the “Get benefits” or “Get the Pack” button (usually near the top of the page, under the header). Clicking “Sign up” sometimes just brings you to that overview screen—what you want is the specific Apply for the Student Developer Pack flow:

1. Make sure you’re logged in with your GitHub account (with your academic email verified).

2. On the Education Benefits page (https://education.github.com/pack), click “Get benefits” (not the generic “Sign up” in the header).

3. You’ll then be taken to the application form where you confirm your school, upload proof of enrollment, and submit.

If that still doesn’t work, you can go directly to the application form here:

https://education.github.com/discount_requests/new

That link takes you straight to the Student Pack request—fill it out with your academic details and you should be all set.

there is no get benefits or sign up button in education benefits page

I saw your post about having a similar issue with the GitHub Student Developer Pack — where trying to reverify redirects you to the pricing page instead of the application form.

I'm currently experiencing the same issue. My application was previously approved, but it got revoked recently, and GitHub asked me to reverify my academic status. However, every time I try to reapply, I'm redirected to the pricing page, so I can't submit my student ID again.

I’ve contacted GitHub Support three times already, each time attaching my valid student ID, but unfortunately, they closed all three tickets without resolving the issue or responding.

I wanted to ask — did you manage to fix it or hear back from them? I’d really appreciate any insight or tips.

or can i request new education plan with new account ? that bind with same school email?

I don’t think you can recreate an account with the same email, but you can always give it a try. If it doesn’t work, go to https://education.github.com/contact. Explain that you’re still a student, provide your school email, and ask them to reset or reactivate your Student Pack.
