Issue Redeeming GitHub Copilot Pro Coupon After GitHub Education Approval

Hello,

I was recently approved for the GitHub Education Pack. However, prior to receiving the approval, I had already started a free trial of GitHub Copilot Pro.

After my approval, I attempted to redeem my Copilot Pro coupon using the link: https://github.com/settings/copilot/features. Unfortunately, clicking the link only redirects me to my Copilot settings without applying the coupon. When I check the licensing details, it still shows that my current Copilot Pro subscription is set to expire on June 19, 2025, instead of updating to reflect the coupon's expiration date of May 19, 2027.

I’ve tried several steps to resolve this, but nothing has updated the expiration date. Could you please assist me in applying the coupon correctly or advise on how to proceed?

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
