Verifying location issues

Hi everyone,

I tried to apply for the education pack but my location keeps getting denied. I completed it on campus and without a VPN. How can this get fixed?

btw i used a whats my location website and it said i was on campus

Does your school possibly have multiple locations? Or is there another school with the same name?

My school has two locations - both within 3 miles. One is a lower school campus which doesn't qualify for the education package. The upper school does.

First, try logging out and logging back in to GitHub.

If you're still unable to continue despite not using a VPN, it's possible that the location of your school is listed incorrectly. I recommend you to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue.
