GitHub Student Pack keeps getting rejected (QAU email) — what am I missing?

Hi everyone,

I’ve applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack three times (last attempts: 18 Feb, 29 Mar, and 2 May 2025).
Each time I get the same rejection mail with the generic line “We couldn’t verify your student status.”

My details

Docs attached	• Registrar letter (PDF, color) • Student ID (front/back, JPG) • Spring-25 fee voucher (PDF)
Name on docs vs profile	Exact match

What I’ve already tried

1. Re-scanned docs in 300 dpi, under 1 MB.
2. Added a clear note: “Full-time BS Bioinformatics, Roll Discussion: Issue title in Push Notification #23-BF-123”.
3. Applied from campus Wi-Fi & home broadband (both PK IPs).
4. Searched discussions → most get approved in one round.

Need help with

1. Any hidden checklist I’m missing?
2. Does @qau.edu.pk require a manual allow-list update?
3. Should I open a support ticket with the rejection IDs, or keep re-submitting?
4. Success stories from Pakistan/QAU — what worked for you?

I’m eager to use the Pack for my open-source bioinformatics tools.
