Problems with application

Hi everyone,

Hello,
I got some Issues and questions for the Education Benefits Application.
I appllied twice till now, on the first Application it said I need to have matching Names on my profile, but I mean, do I really need it? Its an public profile and I dont want everybody to know my details.
Now I also tried to apply againg after 2 (understandable) rejections. But as I hit submit, an Error plops up, saying I already have a pending request, yet there is nothing shown to be reviewed and I also havent got an Email about it for 4-5 Days now.
And another last part: I am a German student, and at our school we meanwhile have digital School IDs. Is it fine to make a photo of that with my phone from my PC? Or will it not be accepted + Do i need to add Translations from German to English, like Name and family Name etc.?
(I cant contact Support because it says that manual reviews arent offered anymore...)
I hope I havent overseen any discussions with these topics, but I havent seen some.

Okay, are you still facing issues with the names mismatch?

Second, try making the physical copy because digital school IDs can't be uploaded. I don't see the point of translating other details that are in german

Cant tell if I still have these problems, because I cant apply, because as mentioned, it says that I have a pending review as an Error, but it does not show me an apllication ... But yeah, printing it would be an option.

Yes, it's recommended to translate the academic documentation into English. Also, from what I see in your screenshot, your last 2 applications have been denied, which means you can reapply by clicking on the "Start an application" button.
