Github Octernship Program

Hey everyone,
I recently got to know about the GitHub octernship program... Although I have not been able to find the official page to it. Or the reason may be that the official page is down for some reason, showing up as an error 404. I couldn't find any details as to why it's down? Is it off season? has the program been discontinued?

I am very enthusiastic to apply for the program so any help would be deeply appreciated :)
