Been there ran into the same wall trying to prove my faculty status. McKnightMD had luck bundling an ID with a signed letter from HR; maybe worth a shot? |

Hi everyone,
I've applied to the Github Education program 3x now, and I keep getting minor errors (no 2FA, incomplete profile, etc.). The latest one said that my ID "does not appear to indicate you as a faculty member". It's the ID I use to get into my building which has my photo, title, full name, and district logo on it. I tried to upload a paystub with my district's name, but I got:
"The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation."
Of course our paystubs don't include the school name. I'm sort of at a stalemate. I'm not sure what to do, or frankly what they want since it doesn't exist at many public school districts (an ID with the school name, in print, and my title and verification of date of employment, etc.). I'm happy to provide multiple documents, but that camera system just won't allow me to do that. It'd be great if there were a person I could talk to about this, but there's no "contact us" option in the (multiple) rejection emails.
Any ideas?
