Student Developer Pack Not Activated After Academic Verification

Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I received a confirmation email stating that my academic status has been successfully verified, and it mentioned that the Student Developer Pack benefits would be available within 72 hours.

However, it's been more than 3 days now, and none of the benefits are showing up on my GitHub Education dashboard. I’ve already tried logging out and back in, using incognito mode, and checking different browsers.

I also submitted a support ticket but haven’t received any update yet.

(Also, if any fellow students from India faced similar delays, please share your experience.)

Could someone please help me with this issue?

Don't worry, when benefits are available you'll get a PRO badge on your profile:

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
