Educational benefits approved but not received

Hi everyone,

My account passed student verification on May 15th and it said approved. When will I be able to receive the student certification benefits?

When your benefits are available you'll get a PRO badge on your profile:

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

You're welcome @Ekans233, most advanced models are only available for GitHub Copilot Pro+ subscribers, the Student Developer Pack offers GitHub Copilot Pro for free.

Based on this image I should use a platform called Azure, which is mentioned in the help document, to gain access to these models. Is that true?

@Ekans233, when using Copilot you can select the model you want to use, including Azure OpenAI AI models, you don't need an Azure subscription nor to access their platform in order to use it, the same applies for the other AI models available.
